After your application, you are, of course, curious to know what to expect! Quite understandably so.
Once you have uploaded your CV and application letter, it will be forwarded to one of our recruiters. When we see enough similarities between your experience and knowledge and the requirements for the vacancy, our recruiter will contact you. During this conversation, the recruiter will explore whether there is a match on both sides and give you some more information about the position and Agrifirm as a company. Your profile will then be discussed with the hiring manager and if there is indeed a match, you will be invited for the first interview. The first interview is usually with the hiring manager and/or someone from the business and will preferably takes place on location.
In a job interview, the most important thing is that you are yourself! Show who you are and remember that there is not always a right or wrong. We also look at how you react to certain (unexpected) questions. Furthermore, we find it very important that you are well prepared. Check out our website: who we are, what we do. And ask your questions too! It is also good if we are made to think.
Is the first interview positive? Then an online assessment follows and you will be invited to the second round. This usually consists of several interviews: with the HR Advisor and the hiring manager and an interview with colleagues from the team. Depending on the position, a third interview will follow.
Does the final interview reveal that you are the right candidate? Congratulations! Then you will receive an extensive employment proposal from the HR advisor in the hope that you will become our new colleague.
