The current food chain is unable to provide food for the expected world population of 10 billion people in 20 to 30 years, taking into account climate issues, market developments, increasing consumer awareness and customer needs. Agrifirm supplies high-quality animal feeds, premixes, concentrates, mineral mixtures and additives for the animal feed industry, products for crop and cultivation improvement, animal and crop-specific digital solutions and professional advice. Thus, we offer nutritional solutions for entrepreneurial livestock farmers, integrators, feed companies and distributors; and crop solutions for growers. We aim to be the number one knowledge- and solution-oriented partner for our customers in the areas of animal nutrition, crop and animal, plant and soil health.

Everything we do is centered on a responsible food chain for future generations. This is the basis of our "Driven by purpose" strategy. With 3,000 committed employees and many collaborative partners, we work daily to create measurable, relevant and sustainable value on the farm. By combining countless years of global scientific research with local, specific knowledge of the agricultural sector, we offer our customers the best solutions for the challenges they face every day. The results of these efforts are published annually in our annual report and distributed to our Dutch members through profit distribution.

120 years of cooperative knowledge and experience

It all started 120 years ago in the Netherlands; today we are Royal Agrifirm Group with multiple companies at home and abroad and a worldwide distribution network. Together, we achieve more. This is how we achieve maximum purchasing advantages on high-quality products such as animal feeds, sowing seeds, fertilizers and crop protection products. And it gives us the clout to invest in knowledge and innovation. This is how we contribute to the sustainable and successful cultivation of crops and keeping of animals. And a responsible food chain for future generations.

In 2020, we sharpened and simplified our CSR policy. Starting in 2021, we will work with three pillars: responsible sourcing, responsible operation and responsible solutions. This will allow us to focus even further on those topics where we can make a difference. We will ensure that every Agrifirm employee can contribute very concretely to further sustainability, and we will offer our international companies the space to also choose their own accents.
