What is your job at Agrifirm?

I work as an Assistant Category Management Fertilizers in a very nice team. My work is very dynamic, which I really appreciate and enjoy. It includes a wide range of tasks. Specific tasks include entering and managing purchasing conditions, performing costing runs, managing SAP contract management of the fertilizer product group and organizing the Fertilizer Day and Motivation Days. 

  • What energizes you in your work?

    I mainly get energy from a nice team where there is sociability and freedom to be yourself. I also get energy from (being allowed to) develop myself and where I can actually mean something for others through my work. This gives me a satisfied feeling.

What is unique about working at Agrifirm?

What career move did you make at Agrifirm?

I started my career at Agrifirm as a Plant Invoicing Officer. In this role I was responsible for the invoicing processes and supporting the inside sales activities. Over time, I was given the opportunity to move on to 2 other positions, which did not energize me and I have now landed at my current position.  This transition has been a good choice. I am very happy that within Agrifirm they listen to who I am as a person and what suits me. The company appreciates and recognizes individual talents and ambitions, which I find very positive.
