Introduction day for new employees

  • About 30 new colleagues started their Agrifirm careers with an inspiring introduction day.

    The morning started in Apeldoorn, where our new employees talked to Jolanda van Haarlem, Group Director Specialties, followed by a workshop from our STAR ambassadors. In the afternoon, they boarded the bus to Giethoorn and Meppel.

    In Giethoorn they got a look behind the scenes at the mixed farm of family Winter.

     

In Meppel, they visited one of our production sites. Here they saw how our supply chain colleagues produce and transport many tons of high-quality compound feed to our customers every day!

  • Daarnaast organiseren wij internationale talentenprogramma's zoals het 'Future Generations programma' (voor Young Leaders) en een 'Leadership Excellence programma' (voor ervaren managers) in samenwerking met de Business School Nederland. Tijdens deze programma's krijg je ruimte om te leren, persoonlijk te groeien en samen te werken met collega's over de hele wereld tijdens internationale strategische projecten.
