Meet our sales colleague Rienk

  • Rienk Hettinga (22) has been working as a Cattle Specialist in team North-West since September 2024. In addition to his work, he runs an organic dairy farm in Friesland with his father. He is currently following Agrifirm's sales & services training program and in his first months he received a solid foundation with interactive training sessions and practical excursions.

Since December, Rienk has been managing his own client portfolio, which continues to grow. What he appreciates? The cooperation with colleagues and the support he gets to develop himself.

  • Daarnaast organiseren wij internationale talentenprogramma's zoals het 'Future Generations programma' (voor Young Leaders) en een 'Leadership Excellence programma' (voor ervaren managers) in samenwerking met de Business School Nederland. Tijdens deze programma's krijg je ruimte om te leren, persoonlijk te groeien en samen te werken met collega's over de hele wereld tijdens internationale strategische projecten.
