    We are proud of this talented group and keep on following their individual growth and ambitions.

    This week marked the third module of our ๐˜๐จ๐ฎ๐ง๐  ๐‹๐ž๐š๐๐ž๐ซ๐ฌ ๐๐ซ๐จ๐ ๐ซ๐š๐ฆ ๐š๐ญ ๐€๐ ๐ซ๐ข๐Ÿ๐ข๐ซ๐ฆ — and what a week it was! The energy within the group was simply contagious, fueling a series of impactful workshops and experiences. 

From diving into a strategic business case approach with #NorbertGreveling, to sharpening presentation skills in the ๐๐ซ๐ž๐ฌ๐ž๐ง๐ญ๐ข๐ง๐  ๐๐ฎ๐ฌ๐ข๐ง๐ž๐ฌ๐ฌ ๐‚๐š๐ฌ๐ž๐ฌ session by Tessa van Grafhorst, every moment was packed with insight and inspiration.

A highlight was the ๐ง๐ž๐ญ๐ฐ๐จ๐ซ๐ค ๐๐ข๐ง๐ง๐ž๐ซ ๐ฐ๐ข๐ญ๐ก ๐จ๐ฎ๐ซ ๐ฌ๐ž๐ง๐ข๐จ๐ซ ๐ฆ๐š๐ง๐š๐ ๐ž๐ฆ๐ž๐ง๐ญ ๐š๐ง๐ ๐ฆ๐ž๐ง๐ญ๐จ๐ซ๐ฌ, creating meaningful connections and conversations across generations of leadership.

We closed out the module with two powerful days focused on ๐’๐ญ๐š๐ค๐ž๐ก๐จ๐ฅ๐๐ž๐ซ ๐Œ๐š๐ง๐š๐ ๐ž๐ฆ๐ž๐ง๐ญ and ๐‚๐ก๐š๐ง๐ ๐ž ๐Œ๐š๐ง๐š๐ ๐ž๐ฆ๐ž๐ง๐ญ, expertly guided by The Grit Club's Floris Evers and Petra Bosse. 

A sunny and successful week, filled with learning, connection, and growth. We’re incredibly proud of this talented group and are excited to continue supporting their individual journeys and ambitions. The future of leadership is bright!

  • Daarnaast organiseren wij internationale talentenprogramma's zoals het 'Future Generations programma' (voor Young Leaders) en een 'Leadership Excellence programma' (voor ervaren managers) in samenwerking met de Business School Nederland. Tijdens deze programma's krijg je ruimte om te leren, persoonlijk te groeien en samen te werken met collega's over de hele wereld tijdens internationale strategische projecten.
