Finance Director

As Finance Director, you will play a key role in shaping our business strategy and ensuring financial excellence across the organization. You’ll lead and inspire a team of committed professionals across several functions: Controlling, Accounting, Trade Receivables & Contracting, IT.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the finance team with focus on talent development, engagement and empowerment
• Actively contribute to building and executing the company strategy
• Provide strategic financial leadership, driving performance measures that enable value creation and sustainable business growth
• Ensure strong financial control and accurate monthly forecasting
• Identify opportunities to increase productivity and create synergies within the organization
• Manage reporting processes (monthly, quarterly, yearly) to the Managing Director, Cluster and the Group
• Monitor actual costs and key performance indicators
• Oversee stability and continuous improvement of One SAP
• Maintain cooperation with banks, insurance partners and legal advisors
• Act as a member of the Agrifirm Poland Board (Proxy)
• Collaborate with international financial teams within Royal Agrifirm Group

Your Profile

We’ll be happy to meet you if you:

• Have 10+ years of experience and a proven track record in a similar finance leadership role within a production environment (preferably in the feed, food or agricultural sector)
• Bring a strategic and analytical mindset, with the ability to drive long-term business results through people and effective tools
• Demonstrate strong leadership and business partnering skills
• Communicate clearly and build trusted relationships at all levels
• Are proactive and see possibilities where others see limitations
• Have IT implementation experience, preferably with SAP.
• Are fluent in English (both written and spoken)
• Hold a university degree in finance, economics, accounting or a related field; professional qualifications (e.g. ACCA, CIMA) would be an advantage.
